At kobobooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your kobobooks account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
